Transforming Health Care is an initiative of the Australian College of Nurse Practitioners, the national peak body for nurse practitioners and advanced practice nurses in Australia. The Transforming Health Care campaign has been developed in collaboration with respected industry professionals, to help increase awareness of Nurse Practitioners, by providing valuable information to the public and the nursing sector.
